Kate & Shay are the perfect cat sitters, I've used their services for the last 3 years after my vet recommended them as trustworthy & caring - which they've proved to be. I have a very nervous rescue cat but she immediately took to them at first meeting! On my last trip, my flight home was cancelled at the last minute but it was no problem for Lucky Paws to schedule an extra feeding until I could get home again the next day. Very happy with them in every way :)
Kate and Shay have been looking after our cats for the last couple of years whenever we go away, and we can not recommend them highly enough. They are so reliable and always manage to fit us in, even at very short notice. It’s so brilliant to be able to go away and not worry about the cats in any way, knowing that whatever happens Lucky Paws will be able to handle it. I’ve used Lucky Paws for about 2 years now. They are absolutely fantastic! I regularly travel, and I feel really comfortable and secure knowing they take care of my cats so well when I am away from home. They respond really quickly to any query - and have never failed to agree to any request - no matter how short notice. My favourite thing of all is that they post an Instagram picture of my cats each morning or evening after they’ve visited. It gives me such reassurance and peace of mind to see my cats happy and fed! I love Lucky Paws!
